Free for early users

Get it out of your head.

When everything's in your head at once — work, home, the thing you keep meaning to reply to — you don't need another app to organise. You need somewhere to put it all down. Doot listens, sorts, and hands you back a day that feels possible.

Let the noise settle.

Your life doesn't live in neat little boxes — so why does every app ask you to sort it into them first? Doot takes the whole tangle and gently makes sense of it, so starting feels a little lighter.

Less thinking about it. More doing it.

The cost of most productivity apps is doing a second job first — categorising, scheduling, tagging. Doot does the sorting so you keep whatever energy you have for the thing that actually matters.

Got it. I've pulled out four things — have a look and keep what feels right. You can always change any of it in the app.

What it feels like to use

How Doot works.

Doot is built around one small idea: you should be able to get what's in your head out of your head, without having to tidy it first. Here's what that looks like day-to-day.

Put it down

Say it however it lives in your head.

A half-formed thought. A long voice note on the walk home. A paragraph of things you can't hold anymore. Doot reads it the way a patient friend would, picks out what's a task, and quietly asks about anything that isn't clear. You stay in charge — it just does the tidying.

remind me to mail the tax docs friday morning — it's getting urgent
One to keep an eye on. I've added Mail tax docs for Friday at 9am, flagged as urgent. Shout if anything's off.

Wake up to less

A day you can actually look at.

Only what matters today is in front of you. The rest is waiting patiently somewhere else, and you don't have to think about it until you want to. That small mercy makes a bigger difference than it should.

The bigger picture

Your life, loosely arranged.

Work, home, the someday pile — separated when it helps, blurred when it doesn't. Enough structure to feel held, not enough to feel trapped.

Thoughtful by default.
You always have the final say.

Doot suggests — it doesn't decide. Every task it reads out of your dump shows up as a draft you can glance at, tweak, or wave away. Nothing lands in your day without a nod from you. So you can trust it with the messy stuff.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What's the AI behind it? add
Doot uses a privacy-respecting large language model to read your dump and suggest tasks. You approve everything before anything lands in your day — the AI is a helpful assistant, not a decision-maker.
Is my data private? add
Yes. Your tasks live in a database I own. Your dumps are sent to the AI to extract tasks and then discarded — nothing you write is used to train any model, and nothing is shared or sold.
Does it work offline? add
You can read and check things off offline. New dumps need a connection because that's where the sorting happens. Everything syncs quietly when you're back online.
When is the iOS app coming? add
It's close — TestFlight in the next few weeks. Until then, the web app works lovely on mobile. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like a proper app.
What about Android? add
Android is on the way, after iOS. It's just me building this for now, so I'm taking one platform at a time. The web app runs well on Android today.
Can I bring my tasks over from another app? add
Proper import from Todoist, Things and Reminders is on the roadmap. In the meantime, you can export your tasks as text from any of them, paste the lot into a dump, and Doot will quietly sort it out.

Your mind does enough
already.

Give the tangle somewhere soft to land. Doot will handle the rest.
